  • The use of a face mask is recommended for people who are more vulnerable to COVID-19 in case the 1.5 m distance cannot be respected.

  • All staff are familiar with health and safety guidelines.

  • Team uniforms are washed and disinfected daily. 

  • Monitoring of the health status of the workers

  • Menus are cleaned frequently for the use of diners.

  • If necessary, seating capacity is controlled to avoid overcrowding.
